Saddle up for the Lone Star Rodeo’s 28th anniversary at the Wicomico Civic Center on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 24 and 25!
Contest events include bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, cowgirls breakaway roping, team roping, cowgirls barrel racing and brahma bull riding.
Special attractions include hilarious rodeo clown Mark Weber, best dressed cowboy and cowgirl contests and the kid’s gold rush (ages 10 & under).
Doors open at 6 p.m., kid's events begin at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $30 for VIP, $20 for general admission adult and $15 for general admission children (ages 2-12). Fees apply. Children under 2 are free but must sit in a lap and have a lap ticket.
VIP tickets include reserved lower level seating, early entry beginning at 5:30 p.m., a mingling meet and greet with the rodeo team, 10% off coupon for rodeo merch, and crowd-free mall and concessions shopping.
Active and retired military receive $5 off tickets with ID. Tickets must be purchased in person or by contacting the box office directly at 410-548-4911.

You have made our new 'venture with Jesus' at the Civic Center run so smoothly. Each time we came in everything was setup so nicely. The crew setting up dinner was so quiet forgot they were working until we left and saw the lovely tables they created. Everyone is always so polite, smiles and seems anxious to help in any way they can. Again our sincere thanks!
