In-House Services & Event Equipment

In order to make sure your special day is one to remember, the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center offers a variety of event planning and day-of in house services at an affordable price. As the host of weddings and special events for many years, our staff has the experience necessary to ensure all of the details fall into place.

Audio/Visual Services

Projectors, screens and televisions to DVD and VCR players, microphones and more . . . the Wicomico Civic Center provides the audio/visual support you need to accompany your event. For more information about our in-house audio/visual services, please contact Arlene Blake at 410-548-4900 ext. 125.

Catering

The Wicomico Civic Center’s in-house catering service boasts and esteemed reputation for its superior service and delectable cuisine. Whether you desire an elaborate buffet, plated dinner, light lunch or an array of Hors' Dourves, Encore Catering is sure to please. Treat your guests to regional cuisine or traditional favorites served piping hot from the Civic Center’s state-of-the-art catering kitchen.

Event Coordinator

The Wicomico Civic Center understands the stress that accompanies the planning of a special event. Our experienced event coordinator makes serving you a priority by offering advice, tracking the details, coordinating the menu, ensuring the room is set to your liking and more. Event Staff

Setup/Cleanup Services

When you book a meeting or convention at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, our event staff will make sure the facilities you schedule are setup exactly as you’d imagined prior to your guests arrival. In addition, our staff will take care of clean-up during and after the event, making sure you can concentrate on the important details! Parking

The Wicomico Youth and Civic Center boasts more than 1,000 free parking spaces with overflow parking located in the adjacent lot.

ADMINISTRATION FEE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE TOTAL LABOR CHARGES 5% MARYLAND SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO EQUIPMENT.
