With 30,000 square feet of open, column-free space, it is possible to accommodate parties of up to 2,500. Flanders Room:

The stylish, warmly decorated Flanders Rooms offer the space you need to accommodate up to 400 guests. Book just one room, a few, or all seven to create a small intimate setting or a large, open banquet room. It is possible to accommodate 6’ round tables, a head table, food displays, dance floor and more in this elegant space. These rooms boast a private lobby area and direct access to the outdoor patio. Danang Room:
Small enough to be broken into three distinct rooms, or large enough to host a small banquet or reception, the Danang rooms are just the right size for many activities--everything from business meetings to seminars, from birthday parties to wedding receptions. The Danang Rooms also offer an intimate outdoor cafe area. The rooms have their own seperate entrance doors, which make them easily accessible. See our current rate sheet.

IMPORTANT
Combined Facility Use: Add applicable rates. No additional discount
Pricing: Schedule of costs will be adjusted annually per the consumer price index.
Non-Profit Status: Non-Profit & Resident Status will apply to individuals, civic clubs, and organizations residing or based in Wicomico County.
If WYCC catered food and beverage service exceeds the room rental rate by three times, the following discounts shall apply: DaNang and Flanders will receive a 50% discount, the Midway Room will receive a 40% discount, and the Normandy Arena will receive a 20% discount. Discounts will be applied to the final invoice.
A 10% capital improvement fee will be assessed to the total rent amount.
