Gringo Jingo: The Ultimate Santana Tribute Band comes to the Wicomico Civic Center for dinner and a show on Friday, Sept. 27.
Gringo Jingo is the brainchild of Steve Reed, who is fresh off the Vegas live music scene, playing regular gigs at casinos and showrooms. His resume includes a national tour with “Sir Rod,” a wildly popular Rod Stewart tribute act. He’s opened for Molly Hatchet, Motorhead and the Guess Who.
The show delivers serious instrumentation needed to reproduce the rich, velvety smooth sounds of Carlos Santana. Enjoy classics like “Black Magic Woman” and “Evil Ways,” along with contemporary hits like “Smooth” and “Maria Maria.”
Dinner will be served from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The dinner menu includes Mexican street corn salad, tequila lime chicken, beef barbacoa, cilantro lime rice, black beans, tortillas, shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, cheese, dessert, iced tea, water and coffee. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Tickets go on sale to the public Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. Ticket sales close Sept. 24 at 4 p.m.

The Summit was a huge success and in no small part because of your efforts. The people assigned to help us, the technical support, the servers, the food, the facility was all top notch. Everything went off like clockwork. Not that I had any doubt because you are #1.
